National Free Yoga Day was created in late 2006
by Toby Wallace of Land of Yoga.
He wanted to create something that would be
a gesture of Love. As a Yoga teacher himself,
he particularly liked the idea of a FREE contribution.
He sent a letter of invitation to every Yellow Pages
listed centre in the country, with a flyer included.
On very late notice, 40 centres participated.
The aim is to make this an annual event,
and to spawn International Free Yoga Day.

may you walk not the path of choice,
lest fear guide you...may you open
to the path that surrounds the path,
which has always been there waiting."
